How long does delivery take
Orders will be processed within 1 - 2 working days.
The delivery time is 3-5 working days.
Once shipping is complete, you will receive a tracking number by email that you can use to track your package without any worries.
Why is my order incomplete?
Since we work with several suppliers and the inventory of the goods must be taken into account, it may happen that orders are shipped separately.
In this case, we ask for your patience.
How do I proceed with returns?
Please contact us in advance if you wish to return an item.
You have the right to return the goods within 14 days.
The return is free of charge.
Please contact us if you wish to return an item so that we can find a solution together.
Otherwise, after receiving your return request, which you will find in the footer, we will send you a parcel label with which you can send your parcel back to us.
Please understand that we can only accept returns of unused and undamaged goods (no fault of your own) with the original packaging.
Hygiene products are excluded from return.
