How long does delivery take?

Orders will be processed within 1 - 2 working days.

The delivery time is 3-5 working days.

Once shipping is complete, you will receive a tracking number by email that you can use to track your package without any worries.

Why is my order incomplete?

Since we work with several suppliers and the inventory of the goods must be taken into account, it may happen that orders are shipped separately.

However, this occurs in rare cases.

In this case, we ask for your patience.

How do I proceed with returns?

Please contact us in advance if you wish to return an item.

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days.

The return is free of charge.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us so that we can find a solution together.

Otherwise, after receiving your return request, which you will find in the footer, we will send you a parcel label with which you can send your parcel back to us.

Hygiene products are excluded from return.

If the goods are defective or damaged, please contact us.

Do you also ship abroad?

Currently we only ship within Germany.

Since we are in the middle of expansion, we will also serve other countries in the future, such as Switzerland, Austria or the USA, etc.
