Below you will find step-by-step instructions on how to request a return.

Step 1:

Step 2:

You will receive a 6-digit code via email with which you can log in.

Step 3:

You will then have an overview of all your orders and the order status. Here, please select the items you wish to return.

Step 4:

Now click on "Request return" as marked in the corresponding area.

Step 5:

Select a reason for the return and then click Request Return.

That's it! From now on we'll take care of it. Your request will be processed in the next few hours and you will receive a return label by email with which you can send your items back to us.

Hygiene products are excluded from return.
